Northwest Builders Resource is the first and only Plan Center in the Vancouver/Portland and surrounding areas that focus' on the Residential Market. Our members are local contractors bidding local work.
Who Benefits NWBR?
Builders and Developers can submit plans, and without incurring extra printing and transportation costs, can sit back and wait for bids to come in. When production time comes, they can save money in printing by sending their subs to the Plan Center to purchase their construction sets.
Contractors and Tradespeople
receive regular notification when new postings come in. Plans are available in- house and online. Their unique password gets them access to projects out for bid online, saving them time, travel costs, and giving them a competitive edge with 24hr access to jobs. Bidding members also have the privilege of checking out plans for the evening.
Suppliers and Vendors
get a chance to quote materials on jobs they may not otherwise have access to. Our Member Directory listing and Bulletin gives them more exposure by putting their names and contact info in front of more prospective customers.
Homeowners
needing bids can post projects large or small and save themselves the hassle of hunting through the phone book. Let us put your project out to bid for you. NWBR bidding members are all licensed, bonded and insured contractors with no liens. The Bid Retrieval Folder allows the posting individual the freedom to pick up all their bids at once.
Architects
can save printing costs and hassle by sending their clients to us to pick up their copies. Putting NWBR on plan holders lists also makes it easy for their clients to find bids and contractors. Our strict posting policies keep copyright concerns in mind by locking the plan postings so they cannot be printed, not archiving plans, posting only during bid dates, and allowing only bidding members secure password access.
