Membership Benefits:

* Free Advertising: Directory listing with a link to your website and email.   Member Directory is published online, in our Bulletin and Construction Journal which goes out to permit pullers, members and industry professionals. 

* E-mail updates when new jobs are posted.  To keep members up-to-date, email notifications are sent to all bidding members as soon as changes or new jobs are posted.

* Online and In-House Access to posted plans.  Bidding Members have secure password access to view plans, and job details online for bidding purposes, as well as access to the plan room at our location on 18th st. 

* Private Bidding Stations give members a quiet professional place to generate bids and estimates.

* Overnight Plan Checkout enables members to take plans home for the evening.  Plans can be checked out between 4 and 5pm if they are returned by 8:30am the next business day.

* Computer and Internet access at the member work station enables members to type up estimates, get online, research products, check email or send bids online.   We will also be offering free wi-fi to members who prefer to use their laptop.

* Free local Fax Service makes it easy for members to send out local faxes to get their bids in front of the right person.

* Billing Accounts give contractors in good standing the option of being billed monthly for printing services, enabling them to track their blueprint copy expenses. 

* Advertising options are available to members both on our website, in-house or in our mailers.

Standard Bidding Membership: $395/yr
Semi-Annual Bidding Member: $250/6mo.
Non-Bidding Membership: $199/yr
Non-Bidding Semi-Annual: $149/6mo
